Netflix

The Workshop has worked with Netflix for years, developing a suite of individual websites for Netflix, each tailored to specific internal needs. This includes sites such as Production Academy, which is dedicated to entry level apprenticeship curriculums, budgeting strategies, writing to a budget guidelines, and trainee onboarding.

We also developed a fresh new identity and branding guidelines for Netflix Grow Creative, an internal division which expands local talent pool through education and training.

Each website was crafted to reflect Netflix's innovative culture and provide clear, user-friendly interfaces that empower employees to access essential resources and information seamlessly. Our goal was to enhance internal operations, streamline processes, and foster a collaborative environment that supports Netflix's ongoing success in the entertainment industry.
